About the Role

This is an opportunity to shape a new industry in Business Messaging. You will join a team of experienced entrepreneurs running a bootstrapped and profitable global company. You will be instrumental in driving lead generation and optimizing acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation through effective acquisition strategies.
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels.
• Utilize strong tracking and analytics skills to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B and SaaS, ideally within technical, platform, or API-driven environments, with a strong track record in lead generation.
• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, including:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
• Strong tracking and analytics experience, including:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Attribution modeling
  • Conversion tracking
  • Funnel performance optimization
• Demonstrated expertise in your professional area with a state-of-the-art knowledge base and practical experience.
• An open mind for learning and sharing knowledge within the organization.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
• Capacity to create and contribute to strategy development.
• A scalable mindset and the ability to design and build scalable solutions and processes.
• Awareness of the difference between knowledge, skills, and real-world experience.
