Vestas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bid Manager to join our MED Regional Bid Management team. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Taranto, Italy.

About the Role

As a Bid Manager within the Construction Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction bids are developed in alignment with customer expectations and tender specifications. You will play an integral role in the MED Regional Bid Management team, collaborating closely with the Construction team and other Vestas functions. Your primary goal will be to ensure alignment between bids, tender requirements, client expectations, and Vestas' targets for all projects and contracts within Greece and the broader region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage construction bids in accordance with customer expectations and tender specifications.
• Collaborate with the Construction team and other Vestas functions to ensure bid alignment.
• Ensure that bids meet Vestas' targets and objectives.
• Work on projects and contracts within Greece and the wider region.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Bid Management.
• Familiarity with Tender Specifications.
• Understanding of Construction processes.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Ability to manage and meet Client Expectations.
