About the Role

This role will serve as the main point of contact for our customers regarding any quality issues that arise after the Start of Production.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with customers concerning quality matters post-Start of Production.
- Address and resolve customer-reported quality issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and rectify quality concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong background in Customer Support.
- Familiarity with EV Battery and Energy Storage technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
