Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current collections, products, and brand history.
• Strive to exceed targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with all daily store operations.
• Provide expert advice and personalized service to clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sector.
• A passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
