Espressamente illy is seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our manufacturing team in Trieste. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

About the Role

As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely execution of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for analyzing production requirements, developing detailed schedules, and coordinating with various departments to optimize resource allocation and minimize operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production needs derived from sales forecasts and incoming orders.
• Plan and schedule manufacturing activities to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate operations across different production departments to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
• Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to identify needs for raw materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and avoid overstocking.
• Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Production Planning.
• Proficiency in using MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain operations.
• Experience with Forecasting techniques.
