About the Role

Natera is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to play a crucial role in the success of our Prospera product line. This position is focused on nurturing relationships between Natera and its patients, ensuring the timely management of testing. You will collaborate with Nurse Coordinators to drive revenue and market development through direct sales, acting as the primary point of contact for patient needs and serving as a patient advocate within Natera.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with assigned Nurse Coordinators to maintain and support existing customers.
• Assess patient needs, focusing on customer support, logistical coordination, and problem-solving.
• Maintain and foster a service-oriented relationship with patients.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of data and analysis requests from various organizational departments.
• Assist in managing business system tools such as QlikView and Salesforce.
• Identify, nurture, and grow patient relationships to influence and schedule ongoing testing.
• Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) regularly in both paper and electronic formats, utilizing various technologies to access it.
• Complete mandatory training related to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security within the first 30 days of employment.
• Maintain current status on all Natera training requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• A background in medical or biological sciences is preferred.

• An outgoing personality with excellent oral and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• A strong emphasis on competitive analysis and a team-first attitude.
• Capability to relate and educate potential patients about our technology.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
