About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced In Store Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Florence. This role is crucial in upholding and enhancing the prestigious brand image of Prada within our retail spaces. You will be responsible for the creative and meticulous execution of visual merchandising strategies, ensuring a consistent and high-quality presentation across all displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the fit-out of shop windows and in-store displays according to guidelines provided by the Visual Merchandising Function.
• Ensure all displays and merchandising elements strictly adhere to the Brand image and high-quality standards.
• Implement visual merchandising directives to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
• Maintain the aesthetic integrity and visual appeal of the store environment.
