Hertz is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Supervisor to join our team in Rome. This is an onsite, permanent position for a mid-level professional.

About the Role

The HR Payroll Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll lifecycle and managing relationships with external bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all tax, contribution, welfare, insurance, and other third-party obligations related to payroll.
• Prepare and submit periodic declarations and guarantee the execution of respective payments.
• Manage relationships with official bodies concerned with payroll matters.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, payroll calculations, and salary disbursement.
• Collaborate with the Payroll provider to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing and management.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance and related regulations.
• Experience in HR functions, particularly as they relate to payroll.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in payroll.
• Ability to manage and oversee complex payroll processes.
