C&D Foods, a leading pet food manufacturer in Europe and part of the ABP Food Group, is seeking a Category Manager to join our team in Brescia. With a history dating back to 1969, we specialize in producing high-quality, private-label cat and dog food across eight manufacturing sites in Europe.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Category Development in enhancing our understanding of market dynamics. You will play a key role in driving category growth and strategy within the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Category Development in analyzing and understanding market dynamics.
• Contribute to product development initiatives.
• Manage and develop private label categories.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful category strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Category Management.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience in product development.
• Familiarity with the private label sector.
• Knowledge of the pet food industry is advantageous.
