About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in serving science, is seeking a senior Technology Transfer Project Manager to join our team in Monza, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position.

As a Technology Transfer Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will support customers in accelerating life sciences research, solving complex analytical challenges, improving laboratory efficiency, advancing patient health through diagnostics, and developing and manufacturing life-changing therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee technology transfer projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure successful and timely transfer of technologies and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Strong background in Technology Transfer.
• Familiarity with the Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Therapies sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
