We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Swedish Ultrasound team. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager in Sweden and collaborates closely with the Nordic/European Segment. You will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing the commercial and clinical strategy for General Imaging Ultrasound in Sweden, focusing on sales, product demonstrations, and customer education.
About the Role
This is a remote-based position, allowing you to be based anywhere in Sweden. It requires extensive travel within Sweden for customer visits, sales meetings, and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of commercial and clinical strategies for General Imaging Ultrasound in Sweden.
- Conduct pre-sale product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide post-sale installation, training, and customer service to ensure sales objectives are met and customer satisfaction is high.
- Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets within your designated area.
- Drive sales from initial marketing and funnel creation through the entire sales process.
- Manage public tenders, understanding relevant rules and guidelines.
- Offer technical and clinical leadership throughout the sales process.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, applications, and equipment usage.
- Monitor customer installations to enhance satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong Ultrasound experience, either from similar roles or the healthcare sector, with a blend of clinical and sales expertise.
- Proven sales skills, a strong results-orientation, commercial acumen, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Good understanding of the healthcare sector and its processes.
- Experience in strategy planning and execution.
- Established relationships with key accounts are preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Sweden.
- Strong presentation skills, with public speaking and lecture experience being an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to external customers, global counterparts, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts, communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven professional business acumen, with experience in a solution-based sales process.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and acting on opportunities for improvement.
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Clinical experience in a large hospital or university setting is preferred.
- Significant demonstrated clinical scanning skills in the relevant modality.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
