Ticketing Coordinator (Global Sporting Event)

The iLUKA Collective is seeking a motivated and organized Ticketing Coordinator to join our team for an exciting global sporting event in Milan. This is a contract role with opportunities starting throughout 2025 and continuing until March 2026.

About the Role

As a Ticketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all ticket-related activities. You will work closely with various departments to create and manage an efficient ticket allocation and distribution system, providing a professional and seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and coordinate all ticket operations for the event.
  • Support the creation of an efficient ticket allocation and distribution system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Guest Communications Team and the Ticketing Department.
  • Provide a professional and seamless ticket distribution service to guests.
