Menat Region Benefits Leader

About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a dedicated and experienced MENAT Regional Benefits Leader to oversee the company's benefit and pension programs across the Middle-East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) region. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Torino, Italy.

As the MENAT Regional Benefits Leader, you will be instrumental in managing and developing our employee benefits and pension schemes, ensuring they align with regional needs and company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee GE Vernova's benefit and pension programs for all populations within the MENAT region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GE Vernova Country HR Councils, National and Regional HR Managers, and other members of the Total Rewards team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and management of benefit programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Benefits and Human Resources, with a strong focus on Total Rewards.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing pension programs.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse HR teams across different countries.
• Experience within the energy industry is a plus.
