About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, remote Key Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the Washington DC and Maryland markets. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and managing relationships with our most important clients. You will develop strategic business plans tailored to key accounts and actively identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis.
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets within your designated accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Prepare and present performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management, with a strong focus on handling Key Accounts.
- Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and strong Analytical Skills.
- A track record of providing outstanding Customer Service and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- A data-driven approach to sales and account management.
- Experience in the beverage or spirits industry is considered a strong asset.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
