About the Role

As a Product Manager at Meta, you will work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to build impactful products. You will be a primary driver in identifying significant opportunities, defining product missions, strategies, and roadmaps that align with broader organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and drive near and long-term product opportunities, setting product mission, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations, bringing clarity to ambiguous opportunities.
• Critically evaluate the optimal use of AI, setting the standard for rigorous trade-off analysis.
• Translate AI capabilities into compelling, differentiated product visions.
• Champion AI-native strategies, including comprehensive evaluations and data strategies for continuous improvement.
• Drive product development with engineering and design teams, while maintaining team health.
• Define product requirements, coordinate resources, develop roadmaps, and guide teams through key milestones.
• Reimagine workflows and responsibly use AI tools to transform team velocity and capability.
• Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and learning.
• Scale AI best practices, workflows, and artifacts across the organization.
• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for web-based products, applications, and platforms.
• Orchestrate complex execution across multiple organizations by combining AI automation with strategic human oversight.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
• Use AI-enabled tools to build products, setting the standard for technical capability.
• Interpret research and learnings to design product strategy and apply rigorous logical reasoning.
• Lead strategic technical decisions with engineering leadership, understanding system/architecture trade-offs.
• Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies.
• Communicate complex and technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position to deliver industry-leading products.
• Define and analyze metrics to inform product success, driving decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing.
• Design and interpret sophisticated experiments, leveraging AI to drive strategic product decisions.
• Define and run evaluations to interpret model outputs at scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
• 10+ years in product management and/or product design.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale.
• Experience developing and championing AI-native strategies across organizations.
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
• Experience navigating the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback, driving prioritization, and executing pre- and post-launch.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience building 0-1 AI-native products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
• Experience in a consumer-focused technology company.
• Track record of scaling AI best practices across organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices.
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
