About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Product Documentation Intern to join our team in Rome. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in technical writing within the SaaS and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate product documentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product features and functionalities.
• Contribute to the development of user guides, tutorials, and other technical content.
• Help organize and manage documentation assets.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• An interest in Product Documentation and Technical Writing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• An understanding of the Healthcare and SaaS industries is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
