About the Role

As a Crew Experience Specialist, you will be an integral part of our onboard Human Resources team. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and supportive experience for our crew members while they are working onboard. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being and engagement of our international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall Crew Experience initiatives onboard.
• Support Human Resources functions related to the crew.

Requirements

• Experience in Crew Experience or a related field.
• Understanding of Human Resources principles.
• Familiarity with onboard operations and the maritime environment is a plus.
