IT Senior Business Process Partner

About the Role

The Oberalp Group, a family-driven business renowned for its high-quality technical mountaineering products and a portfolio of 6 own brands (Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country, Evolv, and LaMunt), is seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Process Partner. This role is based onsite in Bolzano, Italy.

As an IT Senior Business Process Partner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions within our dynamic, international organization. You will be instrumental in optimizing our business processes through effective IT strategies and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze current business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Partner with IT teams to design, implement, and manage IT solutions that support business objectives.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business units and the IT department.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives related to business processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Process management and IT.
• Strong understanding of how IT can enable and optimize business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in a senior-level role, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
