About the Role

As a key member of the Contracts & Claims Management team, you will play a vital role in the commercial and contractual management of our expanding portfolio of renewable energy projects across Italy. This position offers the chance to contribute directly to the growth and success of renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial and contractual management of renewable energy projects.
• Oversee supplier performance.
• Assist in the negotiation of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and supply agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage and resolve contractual claims.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Contracts Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Claims Management.
• Familiarity with the Renewable Energy sector.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing supplier performance.
