About the Role

As a Global Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the visual presentation of Bata's retail spaces worldwide. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual merchandising concepts and graphic design elements that align with the brand's global strategy and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global visual merchandising strategies and guidelines.
• Create impactful graphic design assets for in-store displays, promotional materials, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative visual merchandising solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends in visual merchandising, graphic design, and retail.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising and Graphic Design.
• Strong understanding of the Footwear and Retail industries.
• Experience working in a global context is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
