Emilav is seeking a dynamic and experienced Conference & Event Manager for a prestigious 5-star resort located in South Sardinia. This is a strategic and specialized role focused on managing and growing the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events (MICE) segment of the resort.
About the Role
The Conference & Event Manager will be the main point of contact for corporate clients, agencies, and event planners. You will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring the successful execution of all events hosted at the resort. This role requires a blend of client management, operational oversight, and business development expertise within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the MICE segment for the resort.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, agencies, and event planners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Oversee the planning and execution of conferences, incentives, and events.

Requirements
