About the Role

This role involves significant classroom teaching responsibilities, making up approximately 80% of your time. You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining creative, focused, and engaging classroom environments that support student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Maths instruction within the MYP (Middle Years Programme) and DP (Diploma Programme) frameworks.
• Create and maintain a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to promote student engagement and understanding.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Maths teaching, preferably within the MYP and DP.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy and effective classroom management techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to engage students and foster a love for learning.
• Commitment to student development and academic excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
