RINA is seeking a motivated individual to join our Global Property & Facility Management Division as an Intern Property and Facility Advisor in our Genova office. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in both technical and administrative aspects of property and facility management.

About the Role

As an Intern Property and Facility Advisor, you will become an integral part of the Property & Facility Management team. You will be exposed to a wide range of activities, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with administrative activities related to property and facility management.
• Assist with technical tasks and projects within the division.
• Gain hands-on experience in Property Management.
• Gain hands-on experience in Facility Management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies relevant to Property Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Interest in both technical and administrative aspects of property and facility operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Italian is required.
