About the Role

Belmond Management is seeking a dedicated Safety and Security Manager for the iconic Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, in Venice, for the 2026 season. This is an on-site, contract position for a mid-level professional.

Key Responsibilities

As the Safety and Security Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring the long-term success of the hotel's security and safety operations.
• Developing detailed local Security Policies and Procedures, as well as Crisis and Emergency Plans.
• Managing security systems, including CCTV and access control.
• Handling investigations and other related duties.
