Your Mission
As our go-to person for all aspects of the team's experience, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and retaining the talented individuals who drive our project forward. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant communications.
- Manage the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth, clear, and welcoming experience.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and internal HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll coordination, time tracking, and benefits administration.
- Act as a primary point of contact for team members regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Track team milestones, performance review schedules, and professional development initiatives.

Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, People Operations, or similar role.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, onboarding workflows, and HR documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable tone.
- Proficiency with digital tools, including Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., ClickUp), applicant tracking systems, and HRIS platforms.
- Understanding of basic employment practices, confidentiality standards, and workplace compliance.
- Ability to work independently within a remote, distributed team across multiple time zones.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in supporting team members and ensuring their success.
