Venue Manager (Global Sporting Event) - Italian/English Speaking

The iLUKA Collective is seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the seamless operation of a Showcasing Pavilion or Hospitality space during a major global sporting event. This is a contract role, with positions available throughout 2025, extending until March 2026.

This role is based onsite in Milan, Italy.

About the Role

As the Venue Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the pavilion or hospitality area meet all project specifications. Your primary goal will be to deliver a unique and memorable visitor experience for both the general public and invited clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the showcasing pavilion/hospitality space.
• Ensure all operations align with project specifications.
• Deliver an exceptional visitor experience.
• Manage client relations within the venue.
• Contribute to overall event operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Venue Management.
• Strong understanding of Event Operations.
• Excellent Client Relations skills.
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities.
• Focus on delivering a positive Visitor Experience.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
