About the Role
Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Rhythm Management team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in achieving our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Electrophysiology (EP) business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Rhythm Management Business Unit Manager (BUM) and the Electrophysiology National Sales Manager (NSM) to drive success across the Campania, Basilicata, and Puglia regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional sales team focused on Cardiac Rhythm Management and Electrophysiology products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business goals within the assigned territories.
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and identify new opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
- Strong understanding of Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Electrophysiology (EP) markets.
