About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of site improvement projects. You will be responsible for overseeing that these projects are completed on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on prioritization aligned with the site's business needs. Your work will be instrumental in providing mentorship on program and project management policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Monza Site Projects and Programs Portfolio.
• Ensure site improvement projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Strictly prioritize projects against site business needs.
• Provide mentorship on program and project management policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Program Management.
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles.
• Experience with Portfolio Management.
