About the Role

Istituto Marangoni is seeking a motivated Student Desk Intern to join our team in Florence. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic educational environment within the fashion and art industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is opened and closed at the established times.
• Supervise the entry and exit of students, monitoring registration procedures.
• Manage the proper entry and exit procedures for outside guests and staff.
• Facilitate the entry and exit of outside vendors in coordination with the Facilities department.
• Maintain the neatness and professionalism of the reception area.
• Provide student support and administrative assistance.
• Assist with security procedures.

Requirements

• Skills in reception duties.
• Experience or aptitude for facilities management.
• Ability to provide student support.
• Understanding of security procedures.
• Proficiency in administrative support tasks.
