About the Role

As a Project Finance Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting the full lifecycle of project and corporate finance transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial structuring and execution of renewable energy projects, working closely with a dynamic and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the financial modelling and analysis for project and corporate finance transactions.
• Assist in the due diligence processes for new investments and financing arrangements.
• Contribute to the negotiation and execution of financing agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including lenders, advisors, and legal counsel.
• Monitor and manage existing project financing arrangements.
• Stay informed about market trends and developments in sustainable finance and the energy sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Finance or a related finance function.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling principles and techniques.
• Experience with due diligence processes.
• Familiarity with sustainable finance principles and the renewable energy sector is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
