About the Role

BC Service Europe S.r.l. is seeking a motivated Junior Quality Department Assistant to join our team in Genova. As an international service company specializing in naval safety and fire protection systems, we serve major players in the cruise and cargo industries worldwide. This is an onsite position reporting directly to the Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Department's activities.
• Assist with the organization, management, and follow-up of departmental tasks.
• Contribute to training initiatives within the department.
• Engage in social aspects related to departmental functions.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in a Quality Department setting.
• Familiarity with training processes.
• Understanding of social dynamics within a professional environment.
• Knowledge of naval safety and fire protection systems is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for working in the manufacturing industry.
