About the Role

Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a senior-level CTS Leader Europe to join our Services Team. This is an onsite role based in Latina, Provincia di Latina, Italy. You will play a crucial part in driving the development and transformation of our Certified Tower Specialist (CTS) operations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for the Certified Tower Specialist (CTS) Team in Europe.
• Focus on developing and improving quality, safety, and documentation standards within the team.
• Manage projects for technical service jobs, including planning shutdown and inspection schedules in collaboration with clients.
