About the Role

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Performance Center Manager to join our team in Vicenza, Italy. This role involves providing critical services to military members, Department of the Army civilians, and their families through the Army Ready and Resilient Performance Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in areas of resilience and positive psychology.
• Manage and oversee the operations of a Performance Center.
• Support military members, Department of the Army civilians, and their families.
• Implement and manage performance enhancement programs.
• Deliver resilience training.
