Industrial Designer Filling Lines

About the Role

Sidel is seeking an experienced Industrial Designer to lead the design system for their filling lines. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Parma, Italy. You will be instrumental in creating modular, coherent, and production-ready design solutions that prioritize ergonomics and hygienic design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the look, feel, and visual identity of Sidel equipment across the entire product portfolio.
• Ensure a consistent, recognizable, and high-quality design language for Sidel machinery.
• Develop modular and production-ready design solutions.
• Emphasize ergonomic principles in all design work.
• Incorporate hygienic design standards into equipment designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Industrial Design.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software.
• Demonstrated understanding of Ergonomics.
• Experience with Hygienic Design principles.
• Familiarity with Design Systems.
• Experience in the beverage or food machinery industry is required.
