Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales & Marketing team in daily operations.
• Assist with reservations management and client inquiries.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of events.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities to promote hotel services.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.
