LyondellBasell Industries is seeking a dedicated Plant Supervisor for their Ferrara facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the Catalyst Manufacturing FXIV Plant within the Olefins and Polyolefins, Refining division.

About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to prevent incidents, ensure operational continuity, and manage costs within the allocated budget. You will play a key role in fostering a strong safety culture and achieving the company's HSE targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on achieving the "Goal Zero" target for incidents.
• Promote a strong safety culture and behaviors at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure the site meets its Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) targets and objectives.
• Maintain operational continuity within the plant.
• Manage plant operations within budget allowances.

Requirements

• Experience in Plant Supervision.
