Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Communication Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming telephone calls in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
• Handling guest requests with courtesy and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Accepting and delivering wake-up calls, messages, and faxes in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Assisting colleagues with daily operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience as a telephone operator is beneficial.
• Adept at guest relations.
• Multilingual abilities are an asset.
• Knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.
