About the Role

MSC Cruises is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Cabins and Crew Spaces Interior Outfitting to join their team in Genova, Italy. Reporting to the Site Director, this onsite role is crucial for ensuring the quality and adherence to design specifications for all cabin and crew space interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect the construction and interior outfitting of cabins and crew spaces (including technical and common areas) against approved designs.
• Conduct quality control checks on materials, assembly, and manufacturing processes.
• Identify and document any discrepancies between the work performed and the approved project specifications.
• Propose potential adjustments and improvements for minor issues identified during inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior outfitting.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles in a construction or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
• Experience with construction inspection.
• Familiarity with project management practices.
