About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused individual to join our team in Venezia as a Part-time Client Advisor. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience to our esteemed clientele, embodying the values and spirit of the Gucci brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on Gucci products, collections, and styling.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Ensure a seamless and memorable in-store experience.
• Contribute to maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the boutique.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client advisor or similar customer-facing role, preferably within luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• A passion for fashion and an appreciation for luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse clientele.
• Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
