About the Role

Reschio is seeking a responsible and proactive Night Manager to oversee the night-time operations of our exquisite Castello Hotel. In this mid-level position, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff, while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the night. You will work closely with the front office team, continuously refining service and guest management skills in strict compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As Night Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing all night-time operations of the Castello Hotel.
• Ensuring the maintenance of a safe and secure environment for all guests and personnel.
• Guaranteeing high levels of guest satisfaction during night-time hours.
• Collaborating with the front office team to deliver excellent service.
• Continuously developing and fine-tuning service and guest management skills.
