Inside Sales Representative (F/M) - ICAPE Group - Modena

ICAPE Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative (F/M) to join our subsidiary in Italy, based in Modena. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in the success of our sales team and in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager or BU Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships from our Italian office.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Independently processing quotation requests and preparing sales offers in accordance with established company guidelines.
• Actively contributing to the sales team's objectives and overall success.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and expand our market presence.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in an Inside Sales or Sales Representative role. Key skills and attributes include:

• Experience in Inside Sales.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a sales team.
