MBE Worldwide S.p.A. is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our dynamic MBE Legal team in Milan. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience within a global company, working closely with both legal and business departments on a variety of challenging tasks.

About the Role

As a Legal Intern, you will play a supportive role within the legal team, contributing to the day-to-day operations and assisting with a range of legal matters. You will have the chance to engage with diverse legal issues and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the legal team in providing advice to the business on various legal matters, with a particular focus on:
  • Civil Law
  • Commercial Law
  • Privacy Law
• Assist in the review and drafting of commercial agreements in both Italian and English.
• Analyze a wide range of legal issues to respond to queries from different stakeholders.

Requirements

• A foundational understanding of civil law, commercial law, and privacy law.
• Familiarity with legal drafting and legal research methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law.
