About the Role

Gruppo Arcese is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join their Quality and Continuous Improvement department. This is a full-time, permanent onsite position based in Trento, Italy. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational quality across the Italian perimeter, with opportunities for business travel throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor operational excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to the Quality and Continuous Improvement department's objectives.
• Manage operational quality within the Italian perimeter.
• Undertake business trips within Italy and across Europe as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operational Excellence.
• Strong understanding of Quality and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in Operations and Process Management.
• Ability to manage initiatives within a defined geographical perimeter.
• Willingness to travel for business.
