Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Associate, you will have a front-row seat to the process of building high-performing teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and supporting recruitment efforts across pharmacy and operations, for roles ranging from Pharmacy Assistants and Trainee Dispensers to Patient Support and Engagement.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers, assisting them in making confident and timely hiring decisions.
  • Contributing energy and support to our assessment centers, helping us scale hiring while maintaining a human touch.
  • Developing creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job postings, including social media engagement, direct outreach, and building candidate pipelines.
  • Ensuring smooth operational processes, including managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate communications.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Possess natural curiosity and are open to trying new ideas or challenging existing ones.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Exhibit strong energy, communicate with confidence and warmth, and have excellent people skills.
  • Can effectively juggle priorities, manage workload, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Are comfortable working onsite at least three days per week, with occasional weekend availability.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
