We offer a unique experience to our guests through sophisticated elegance, minimalist design, refined restaurants, an exclusive spa, and bespoke service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks and data management using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel).
• Manage restaurant and bar reservations, monitoring availability and guest requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in reservations, preferably within the F&B sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong data management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality.
