About the Role

DOREA Educational Institute is seeking a passionate Teacher Trainer to join our team in Rome, Italy. Established in 2012, DOREA specializes in high-quality non-formal education and training for young people and adults. We focus on socio-cultural education, personal development, and professional training. DOREA offers over 40 scheduled, on-demand, and tailor-made ERASMUS Staff Mobility courses across 12 European countries. Our core mission is to foster the professional and personal development of academic and administrative staff through innovative non-formal education methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for teachers and educational staff.
  • Design and develop training materials and curricula aligned with non-formal education principles.
