About the Role

DOREA Educational Institute is seeking a passionate Teacher Trainer to join our team in Rome, Italy. Established in 2012, DOREA specializes in high-quality non-formal education and training for young people and adults. We focus on socio-cultural education, personal development, and professional training. DOREA offers over 40 scheduled, on-demand, and tailor-made ERASMUS Staff Mobility courses across 12 European countries. Our core mission is to foster the professional and personal development of academic and administrative staff through innovative non-formal education methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for teachers and educational staff.
• Design and develop training materials and curricula aligned with non-formal education principles.
• Facilitate professional development workshops and activities.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of ERASMUS Staff Mobility programs.
• Support participants in their learning journey and professional growth.
• Stay updated on best practices in adult education and non-formal learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in non-formal education and training delivery.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and professional development methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERASMUS programs and staff mobility initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of participants.
• Passion for education and fostering personal and professional growth.
