Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs (Lcppv/lcpra) - Italian & English

About the Role

PrimeVigilance, a specialized pharmacovigilance service provider and part of the Ergomed Group, is seeking a dedicated Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs (LCPPV/LPRA). This onsite role is based in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

As the Local Contact Person, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs requirements. Specific duties will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for local health authorities.
• Managing and reporting adverse events according to local regulations.
• Ensuring all regulatory submissions and filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Italian and EU pharmacovigilance and regulatory legislation.
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs.
• Fluency in both Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of local (Italian) and international regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
