About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Advisor to join our team in Napoli on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this role, you will be instrumental in providing an exceptional client experience, embodying the luxury and values of the Montblanc brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on Montblanc products.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Montblanc's collections, including writing instruments, watches, leather goods, and accessories.
• Contribute to the overall success of the boutique through teamwork and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client advisory, sales, and customer service, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sector.
• A passion for luxury products and a strong understanding of the retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A professional and polished demeanor.
• Fluency in Italian is required.
