We are seeking a Customer Implementation Specialist fluent in both Italian and English to join our team in Venice. This onsite role is crucial in ensuring our clients successfully adopt and utilize our innovative e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through the implementation process of D-EDGE's cloud-based solutions.
- Provide technical and functional support to customers during the implementation phase.
- Configure and customize solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Train clients on how to effectively use D-EDGE's platform.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive implementation experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in Customer Implementation or a similar client-facing role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce principles and platforms.
