About the Role
We are seeking a driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead ElevenLabs' growth within the Netherlands' largest enterprises. You will leverage your established network and proven track record of selling to C-level executives to introduce our transformative AI voice technology. As a strategic partner, you will guide clients in utilizing our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents platform to enhance customer experience, optimize internal workflows, and develop new monetization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Netherlands, focusing on sectors such as Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities, to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, developing compelling business cases that demonstrate the measurable business value of AI voice technology to senior executives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, with a focus on regulated Dutch industries.
- Educate clients on conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value in areas like customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals, navigating complex organizational structures and procurement processes.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Field Development Engineers, and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, with a preference for exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
- A well-established network within the Dutch enterprise landscape, with strong executive presence and the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders, with the ability to translate complex technology into tangible business value.
- Proficiency in navigating enterprise procurement and legal processes in the Netherlands to accelerate deal velocity.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
- A passion for voice and audio AI and its potential to deliver transformative customer value.
- A hybrid customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scalability.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Dutch; strong English for internal collaboration.
